Unfortunately, no, we cannot hold a property until a lease is signed by all parties and the rental deposit has been paid to PURE Property Management.

How much will it cost for me to move in once I’m approved for a rental?2024-06-11T11:05:43+00:00

PURE Property Management’s standard move-in costs are the first month’s rent is due upon lease signing. We also offer a Security Deposit Replacement Program. With this option, you will pay a monthly non-refundable fee for the duration of your tenancy instead of the traditional upfront deposit. Along with your monthly rent, you will be billed $39 per month for our Resident Benefits Package which includes many resident benefits to make your renting experience better, limit your liability, and make for a smooth transition into your new rental home.
